We regret to inform you that we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for items purchased in our physical store. We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect items before purchase, as all sales are final.

 

Online Purchases:

For items purchased online, we offer a return policy within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with tags intact and no signs of wear.

While we facilitate online returns, we do not assume responsibility for return shipping costs or any issues related to the return delivery. Customers are responsible for choosing a reliable shipping method and ensuring the safe arrival of the returned items
