Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In periods of high activity, such as Sales or Pop-Up events, delivery time can be extended. Rest assured that we are doing everything possible to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Please also note that due to current sanitary measures to face COVID-19, delivery time are likely to be impacted.

Domestic Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.

Local delivery and pick-up option

Free local delivery is available for order above £150 within Greater London. For orders under £150, we charge £5 for delivery.

Deliveries are made from 10am from Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at the checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

If you want a special delivery during weekends or holidays, you can contact us at info@luxedressing.com.

You can also choose a free local pickup at our offices in London if slots are available. After placing your order and selecting “Local pickup” at checkout with the slot that suits you, your order will be prepared. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping for every country in the world.

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Luxe Dressing is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Status of my order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@luxedressing.com with your name and order number and we will investigate for you.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the product is unused and in the conditions under which it was sent. Please read more about this here

Luxe Dressing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In the event that you received your order damaged, please contact as soon as possible the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Please save all packaging material and damaged products before filing a claim. We will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
